Minimum donation per class is $10. We can not give away free classes. We only accept credit card purchases $15 and over.

The “True Love Yoga” App is the best way to manage your schedule and pre-register for classes. Available on Apple and Android.
New students, please arrive 15 minutes early to register OR register in advance.
Pre-registration for classes is recommended, but not required, however, we have a studio limit of 28 students per class and pre-registered students receive priority.
All students should arrive before class starts and stay for the whole class duration unless arrangements have been made in advance with the teacher.
Please bring a mat and a bottle for water. Please remove shoes/socks and place belongings in the cubby area.
Please silence all cell phones and stow them with the rest of your belongings.
Please arrive clean and without heavy fragrance.
Please choose a class that is appropriate for you physically and modify when necessary.
TLY Midtown: Street parking is available. We are at Broadway and Knickerbocker in a storefront across from Monarch Coffee.
Fully participating children 12+ are allowed to practice with a guardian. No children under 12.
If you are pregnant, please let your teacher know.
In the event of severe weather, please check the schedule to see if we are closed.
